The War Effort Branch increases the value of participating in World Wars, and your effectiveness in World Wars. The War Profits law increases the loot you get from World War battles. Ruby Excavations augments the amount of Rubies you get from World War. Unlocking tier two grants you access to Coalition Costing which reduces the costs to equip Coalitions for World War. Tier two also contains Command Foundations, which allows you to store more War Loot, and improves your Command Post. Tier three is Coalition Training which increases the effectiveness of Coalition Troops in World War. The fourth, and highest, tier law is World War Veteran Troops, which grants your Mainline troops additional health and damage in World War.
