I lost my Village! How do I get it back?
If you load the game and notice your Village has been lost, please consider the following scenarios:
 
  • Are you currently signed into your Game Center (iOS) or Play Store (Android) account? DomiNations’ game progress is linked to both your device and your Game Center or Play Store account. In order to pick up where you last left off, please ensure that you are actively logged into either of these accounts (based on your primary device for playing).
  • Are you playing the game from a new device for the first time? To continue playing DomiNations with your current progress on a new/different device, go to Settings (gears icon)> Link Device and follow the specific directions based on your device.
 
If the following scenarios do not apply to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us so we can further assist you.  
 
Save your progress with Game Center (iOS)
DomiNations will automatically link to your respective Game Center account once you sign in on your device.
 
 
Save your progress with Google Services
DomiNations will automatically link to your respective Google+ account once you sign in on your device.
 
 
Can I sell, buy or trade villages?
No. There is currently no option to buy, sell or trade villages within DomiNations. 
 
 
How do I transfer my Village to another device?
Your Village should transfer to another device so long as you log in to your respective Game Center (iOS) or Play Store (Android). If you are still having problems transferring your Village, please contact us via the in-game support system: Settings (gears icon)> Customer Service. 
 
 
Account Transfer (Android to Android)
In order to transfer your Account Data from an Android device to another Android device, please follow the steps below:  
 
If you have logged in to Google Play on your old device, your account is associated with your Google Play Account. If you have access to your old device: 
  • Log into Google Play on your new device
  • Complete the Tutorial
  • Google Play will prompt you to replace your new village with your old village.  Click Accept.
If you have NOT logged into Google Play on your old device and still have access to your old device, do the following: 
 
*Note that you should perform this process in one sitting. 
   
On your original Android device, complete the following: 
  • Log In to Google Play Account from Settings
  • Launch DomiNations
  • Tap Link Device
  • Tap New Device
  • Tap Android Device, a code should be automatically generated
Once you have completed the above, from your new Android device, please:  
  • Log In to Google Play Account
  • Tap Link Device
  • Tap Old Device
  • Tap iOs Device
  • Apply the code generated to your new Android device
 
You should be able to transfer your data to your new Android device if you have successfully followed the above steps. Note that DomiNations was designed to only support one game account on a single device at any given time.  
 
If you do NOT have access to your old device, and did not associate your game with Google Play, please contact Customer Support so that we may assist you.
 
 
Account Transfer (iOS to iOS Device)
In order to transfer your Account Data from an iOS device to another iOS device, please follow the steps below: 
 
If you have logged in to Game Center on your old device, your account is associated with your Game Center Account. If you have access to your old device: 
  • Log into Game Center on your new device
  • Complete the Tutorial
  • Game Center will prompt you to replace your new village with your old village.  Click Accept.
If you have NOT logged into Game Center on your old device and still have access to your old device, do the following:

Account Transfer (Android to iOS or iOS to Android)
In order to transfer your Account Data from one device type (iOS or Android) to the other, please follow the steps below:  
 
If you still have access to your old device, please do the following: 
 
*Note that you should perform this process in one sitting. 
   
On your original device, complete the following: 
  • Launch DomiNations
  • Tap Link Device
  • Tap New Device
  • Tap the OS of the Device (iOS or Android), a code should be automatically generated
Once you have completed the above, from your new device, please:  
  • Tap Link Device
  • Tap Old Device
  • Tap OS of the new device (iOS or Android)
  • Apply the code generated to your new device
If you do NOT have access to your old device, please contact Customer Support so that we may assist you.

How do I link my Play Store (Google) account to another village?
You cannot directly transfer your Play Store (Google) account to another village other than the village that has already been synced to your Google+ account.
