Unfortunately, items bought through our games (in-app purchases) are typically non-refundable. In some cases there can be exceptions; however, the transaction process is controlled by Apple and they handle refund requests directly.

 

Visit Apple support, select the "Learn more about purchases and billing" link, and choose "Start a refund request".
